Greater distances may hinder the gateway's performance. When adding a gateway, it’s essential for both your smartphone and the gateway to be connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Please note that only a 2.4GHz network can be used for this connection.

Remote Management: By connecting to the TT Lock App, the gateway allows for remote unlocking of your smart locks, freeing you from the constraints of Bluetooth range.
