Ensure that your smart door lock is compatible with our G2 gateway. To begin, please download the TTLOCK app to pair it with your smart lock. If the lock connects successfully, it confirms that your device is a TTLOCK and compatible with the G2 gateway.

Instructions for Downloading the TTLOCK App

• For iPhone Users: Search for ‘TTLOCK’ in the App Store and download the app.
• For Android Users: Look for ‘TTLOCK’ in the Google Play Store and install it.

Troubleshooting WiFi Connection Issues

If you encounter problems connecting to the G2 gateway via WiFi, ensure that it is linked to your home router’s 2.4GHz WiFi. If your gateway is connected to a 5GHz WiFi network, it may not function correctly as the two frequencies are not compatible.

Connecting with Alexa

1. Add Lock and Gateway: Use the TTLOCK app to add your lock and G2 gateway.
2. Enable Remote Unlock: In the app, activate the remote unlock feature of the lock (this function is disabled by default). Without enabling this, the lock will not support Alexa.
3. Add Skill: Open the Alexa app and add the TTLOCK skill. Authorize it using your TTLOCK app account credentials.
4. Discover Devices: After authorizing, you can find devices associated with your account.
5. Activate Voice Unlock: Locate the lock in the Alexa app, enable the voice unlock feature, and set your voice password.

Connecting with Google Home

1. Add Lock and Gateway: Similar to Alexa, use the TTLOCK app to pair the lock with the gateway.
2. Enable Remote Unlock: Turn on the remote unlocking feature in the app (this feature is disabled by default). If not activated, the lock will not work with Google Home.
3. Install Google Home App: Open the app and tap the '+' icon in the top left corner.
4. Integrate with Google: Select "Work with Google" in settings, search for "ScienerSmart," and authorize it with your smart lock app account credentials.
5. Set Security Code: Establish a security code within the TTLOCK app for unlocking through Google Home.

Compatibility and Coverage

• Wide Compatibility: Designed to work seamlessly with the HeavenBird smart door lock and other electronic locks that utilize the TTLOCK app. Ensure compatibility by checking whether your smart door lock can connect with the G2 gateway.

• Smart Voice Control: The smart lock is compatible with both Alexa and Google Home, providing an intelligent smart home experience.

• Coverage Range: The ideal connection distance between the G2 gateway and the smart door lock is 32 feet or less. The gateway is solely compatible with 2.4G WiFi. For successful pairing, ensure your smartphone and the gateway are both connected to the same 2.4G Wi-Fi network. A single gateway can pair with multiple electronic door locks, with no limit on the number of pairings. If connection tasks time out, please power off the gateway before retrying.

Remote Control Features

Control your door lock remotely, regardless of your location. You have the ability to set, change, or delete access codes anytime. Monitor door status, check battery life, and review activity logs in real-time, receiving instant alerts for entries and exits from your home.
