• 【Application Range】 Please note that the G2 gateway operates only on a 2.4GHz network. For optimal performance, it is recommended to keep the distance between the gateway and your smart lock within 16 feet (5 meters). Such proximity helps maintain a stable connection. Also, ensure that both your smartphone and the gateway are connected to the same Wi-Fi network when setting up.

• 【Simple Setup】 Setting up the G2 gateway is straightforward. Begin by opening the TTLock App and tapping the upper left corner. Select “Gateway,” click “+,” and choose G2 (Wi-Fi). After plugging in the gateway, proceed to tap next when the red and blue lights flash alternately. Finally, select your Wi-Fi network and input the password.
