The GHome Smart Door Locks provide a modern solution for securing your home, but please note that they do not support voice control through any gateway. Here are some important reminders when you are connecting your device:

1. Ensure that you have the latest version of the app installed.
2. Your smartphone and gateway must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network during the pairing process.
3. Make sure the gateway remains within the signal range of your router.

Purchase Considerations:

Before making your purchase, please be aware of the following specifications:

1. The device is compatible only with 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi networks and does not support 5G Wi-Fi.
2. It works with other Tuya devices that are compatible with the Tuya Smart App, Smart Life App, or our own app.
3. Keep in mind that GHome Smart Door Locks cannot be controlled via voice commands, even through the gateway.

If You Experience Connection Issues:

If you encounter difficulties in connecting to the smart gateway, we recommend keeping the distance between the lock and the gateway to 10 feet or less for an optimal connection. Additionally, the Wi-Fi gateway must support 2.4 GHz, as 5G networks will not work.

Voice Control Capabilities:

You might wonder if you can voice control your door knob using Google or Alexa. The Bluetooth gateway itself can indeed be voice controlled; however, this capability depends on your connected smart devices, such as smart plugs and switches. Please remember, GHome Smart Door Locks cannot be managed through Google or Alexa.

Remote Unlocking Feature:

Yes, once connected to the Bluetooth gateway, you are able to remotely control GHome Smart Door Locks through the app. The Bluetooth gateway and Wi-Fi hub support a wide range of Tuya smart home devices, allowing compatibility with smart locks, lighting solutions, water valves, sensors, sockets, and switches. This functionality enables you to easily expand your smart home system across multiple rooms and set up automation.

Voice & App Remote Control:

The smart lock can be seamlessly integrated with an app for remote management, allowing you to unlock your door from anywhere. Although the gateway is compatible with Alexa and Google Assistants, keep in mind that for successful voice control, the connected smart devices also need to be voice-enabled. Unfortunately, controlling GHome Smart Door Locks through these platforms is not possible.

Stable and Reliable Connection:

The Bluetooth single point and Mesh signals provide a consistent connection with extensive coverage, strong wall penetration, and excellent anti-interference capabilities. It also features low heat generation and minimal power consumption.

Important Note:

To pair your devices, a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connection is essential. For a stable experience, maintain a distance of no more than 33 feet between the Wi-Fi gateway and the door lock during setup. When adding the gateway, ensure that both the smartphone and gateway are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. You can pair one gateway with multiple door locks on the same account.
