Connecting the Gateway to Your Lock:

Please note that once the gateway is successfully linked to the lock, do not relocate the gateway as it may weaken the signal. The optimal distance between the gateway and the locks should be no more than 16 feet.

Follow these steps to connect:

1. Wi-Fi Setup on Your Smartphone:
   Ensure your smartphone's Wi-Fi is activated and connects to a 2.4GHz network (only this frequency is supported).

2. Bluetooth Activation and TTLock Account Login:
   Enable Bluetooth on your phone. Login to your TTLock account, select the TTLock app, tap the upper left corner, select 'Gateway,' then click the “+” icon. Choose the type of Gateway: G2 Wi-Fi.

3. Power Reconnection and Gateway Search:
   Follow the on-screen tips: reconnect power to the gateway. You will notice the indicator light flashing red and blue. Click 'Next' as the app will automatically search for the gateway. Tap the “+” icon, select your Wi-Fi name, and enter your Wi-Fi password (ensure this matches the network from the first step). Additionally, you will need to assign a name to your gateway and click 'OK.'

4. Troubleshooting Connection Issues:
   If the connection fails, plug both the gateway and the lock into power, wait for 10 minutes, and check if the devices connect successfully.

Integrating with Alexa:

To use your smart lock with Alexa, follow these instructions:

1. Gateway Addition:
   Ensure that your gateway is linked to your TTLock account.

2. Setting Up Alexa:
   Launch the Alexa app, go to the upper left corner, select 'More,' then 'Skills & Games.' Search for "TTLock," and click 'ENABLE TO USE.' Log in to your TTLock account and authorize the connection.

3. Configuring Your Lock:
   Tap 'Locks' and select your specific lock. In the upper right corner, navigate to 'Settings.' Activate both options: 'Keep Unlock via app' and 'Unlock via voice code.'

Important Note: If your TTLock account is linked to your phone number, please input it in the format +1 (for example, +113424204320).
